I’ve been trying to figure out how to qualify our property for a wildlife management valuation (similar to Ag Exemption) without building fences and grazing cattle. (My beloved had the idea of an Ag Exemption for keeping Bee Hives for honey. But the state already ruled that a “bee is not a cow”)
The point is to keep it wild for the wildlife. There are new guidelines out there that may make it easier to qualify. Following are several good sites to research this topic.
